Terms and Conditions

Upon registration corporation or organization ("The Organization") and McGill University Technology Career Fair Committee ("The Committee") agree to the following, unless a separate agreement is made between the parties:

1. Upon registration, the Organization assumes all costs as outlined in the registration package and on the invoice. In case of any discrepancy between the invoice and the prices advertised, the advertised price prevails.
2. The Organization agrees to pay its full billed amount within 30 days of receiving the invoice from the Committee.
3. The Organization may cancel its registration at no charge until August 16, 2013 at midnight. Between August 16, 2013 and August 23, 2013 at midnight, the organization may cancel its registration and will be liable for a cancellation fee of 50% of the billed amount. After August 23, 2013, the Organization will be responsible for the full amount billed.
4. The Organization agrees that all logistical procedures (including location, price and hours of the event) are entirely at the discretion of the Committee.
5. Should the event be cancelled by the members of the Committee, the amount paid by the Organization for the registration will be reimbursed in full.
