Registration is now open!
Upon registration corporation or organization ("The Organization") and McGill University Technology Career Fair Committee ("The Committee") agree to the following, unless a separate agreement is made between the parties:
1. Upon registration, the Organization assumes all costs as outlined in the registration package and on the invoice. In case of any discrepancy between the invoice and the prices advertised, the advertised price prevails.
2. The Organization agrees to pay its full billed amount within 30 days of receiving the invoice from the Committee.
3. The Organization may cancel its registration at no charge until December 1, 2008, 5 p.m. Between December 2 and December 19 at 5 p.m., the organization may cancel its registration and will be liable for a cancellation fee of 50% of the billed amount. After December 19, 2008, the Organization will be responsible for the full amount billed.
4. The Organization agrees that all logistical procedures (including location, price and hours of the event) are entirely at the discretion of the Committee.
5. Should the event be cancelled by the members of the Committee, the amount paid by the Organization for the registration will be reimbursed in full.

In this step, log on to the Engineering Career Centre website to fill out your contact and company information and choose the desired Career Fair options. Before submitting this form, please be sure to review and accept our Terms and Conditions (above).
Please note that it is important to specify a working e-mail address in the Primary e-mail field. Confirmation and important details will be sent to this email address.
Deadline for online registration or changes to your registration: December 19, 2008. Registration may close earlier if the maximum number of spots has been reached. Due to capacity constraints we cannot accept late registrations.

Each company is required to submit a one-page company profile and logo, to appear in our career fair booklet and website.
Profile
Your company profile is a way to reach out to the student body prior to the career fair. Hence, it should include any information that you would like the students to know before they approach your booth. We suggest that you include the following information in your profile:
Please note: The company profile should be approximately 200 words in length.
Logo
All logos must be a vector graphic format (Corel Draw or EPS) to ensure top-quality prints.
You need to submit your logo and profile at the time of registration through the Engineering Career Centre website.
Shortly after the Confirmation step (step 2), the Committee will send you an invoice (in PDF format) by e-mail. Please send us a cheque payable to the McGill Engineering Undergraduate Society at the following address:
